how do you film a scene with black lights?????
im filming a music video and have a scene that is similar to the scene the the movie “belly” that is lit with all black lights i was wondering how to do this but still have the image be clear and everything visable. is there a special technique i should use? please help 
well i did TV/Film school and its difficult………do you understand the people who create those effects are the top in the industry? they have done years schooling/training to get to that level?
