I’ve done a lot of research, i already have a good 15″ LCD, good keyboard, mouse. I’ll eventually add some things to the end product (fans, some lights). Any suggestions?
seems like you are building a budget machine. some of those parts are pricey. that is $850+. way too expensive for those parts. i recommend spendin the extra dollar and getting something good that will last 4-5 years instead of these parts. your video card is not good. do not waste your money sli’ing 7300′s…get a 7600gt/1600xt or higher. 7300 barely handles anything. you do not need 550watts for a 7300 or even a 7600. they do not require the use of a power supply unless you go higher. i suggest getting a bigger hard drive like 250gb. they are about 80$ your case is pretty nice. mother board is your call depending on your other parts.
i suggest the following
cpu – intel e6400
mobo – depends
ram – corsair pc-6400 1gb is good unless you do heavy gaming(which i doubt since you are getting a 7300 even if you sli, it is still not worth it.)
video card – nvidia 7600gt+/ ati x1600xt+
psu – yours is fine( you don’t need that good of a psu unless you are gettin anything higher than 7600gt/x1600xt or future upgrades.
case – anything
dvd – anything
