Video Lighting Basics
Video analysis of sports performance is often the domain of professional athletes and big companies or research institutions. This analysis is done with teams of 3D face video camera and complicated software to ensure high speed and precision. However, there are some basic techniques that can be used by anyone to assess their own performance and get great results using a simple digital video camera and a little understanding of biomechanics human (the mechanics of human movement).
