Workout question!!! How many reps and sets?
I am deeply confused with this topic. I am trying to bulk up heavy! I have read a lot of articles, watched a lot of youtube videos, read forums and got opinions from many people.
HOW MANY REPS AND SETS DO I DO???
some people say 6-8. 4-6, 8-12, etc and do 2,3,4 sets :S
Btw, this is for biceps triceps and deltoids. I use heavy weights for the actual workout and light for warming up.
Any suggestions for how many reps and sets I should do? (light weights and heavy weights).
4-8 reps with heavy weight, 3 or 4 sets.
