If you had to return it, do they have a return/refund policy?
How reputable is the company that is selling the Acer laoptop?
Can the company be contacted if there are problems with shipping, etc?
Is there a manufacturer’s warranty?
Is there a toll free number to contact Acer if you have software problems with your Operating
System?
Does it have Windows 7 Operating System?
Regarding the Dell:
Is the Dell laptop being offered by a company here in the U. S. of A.?
If so, can you upgrade the hard drive, etc.?
Does it have a manufacturer’s warranty?
Is there a toll free number to call when you have hardware or software issues?
Is this company reputable?
Do they have a return/refund policy?
These are questions you need to do research on.
