Need help with Home studio!?
Ok, so i really wanna start building this home studio that i have been thinking about doing. I just have a problem..i dont know what equipment to get and how to set it up!…everything i want is going to be kind of expensive, so please help me out. this is was thinking about getting, can u tell me what other things i should get?

Digidesign 003 Rack
Pro tools 8
and thats about the only thing i really know about. what other things do i need to reach that good pro sound. My price range is about 2,000 but i can exceed if it is neccessary. but i also need help on setting up the equipment…like…what goes where? i dont know what to hook up the mixers to…what type of preamps and stuff are good for home studios? thanks
You wont need the mackie if you have Pro Tools. It is just extra.
