How can I import Camstudio video to Windows live movie maker?

I use windows 7. My video I recorded in Camstudio wont show up anywhere in Movie Maker’s ”import video and pictures” On Windows 7. I went to Camstudio, I tried copying the file from Camstudio I recorded and pasting it on Movie maker, and on its ”import video and pictures” option. Wont work. Any help? I don’t wanna download anything.
